Fitur Baru Google

Mungkin sudah banyak sekali blog yang membahas mengenai google wave. Namun, karena berbagai pertanyaan dari teman-teman blogger saya memutuskannya untuk mempostingnya di blog ini. Berbicara mengenai era komunikasi baru google yang terlihat akan sangat menjanjikan. Bagi Anda yang baru saja tahu mungkin terlintas dibenak Anda sebuah pertanyaan, "Apa itu Google Wave dan Apa fungsinya?". Tenang saja karena Anda tidak sendirian karena banyak sekali orang yang belum kenal. Anda baca artikel ini dan Anda bisa mengenalkan pada teman Anda tentang Google Wave.

Apa Sebenarnya Google Wave?
Google Wave adalah alat komunikasi real-time. Google Wave menggabungkan beberapa fasilits google seperti email, instant message, wikis, web chat dan juga social networking. Anda juga bisa membangun sebuah project bersama teman Anda dan berkumpul bersama dalam satu wadah dengan fasilitas komunikasi yang sangat mudah. Google Wave adalah gagasan dari sebuah tim di Australia yang beranggotakan dua bersaudara Jens dan dan Lars Rasmussen serta pemimpin proyek adalah Stephanie Hannon. Ketiganya adalah pemain lama di google yang sebelumnya juga telah menjadi bagian dari Google Map. Google Wave memiliki banyak sekali fitur, dan ini adalah beberapa fiturnya:




Real-time, Anda bisa melihat apa yang teman Anda ketikkan. Benar-benar real-time, karakter per karakter seperti saat Anda mengetikkan sebuah postingan.

Embed, Waves bisa ditempatkan pada blog Anda.

Aplikasi, Sama seperti facebook pengembang bisa membuat aplikasi untuk google wave.
Wiki Function, Pengeditan infoirmasi yang fleksibel. Dilihat semua orang dan Anda bisa menambahkan informasi secara cepat atau berkomentar.
OpenSource, Google Wave kode akan menjadi terbuka untuk semuanya. MEndorong berbagai inovasi lain.
Gadget, dilengkapi dengan berbagai gadget, bahkan hampir semua gadget di iGoogle akan bisa digunaka disini.

Inggris - Salah seorang narapidana paling berbahaya di Inggris menggunakan Facebook untuk membuat ancaman dan mengatur aksi kejahatan dari dalam penjara.

Narapidana bernama Colin Gunn tersebut mendekam di penjara karena terlibat kasus pembunuhan. Pria 42 tahun ini dianggap sebagai salah seorang pelaku kriminal paling berbahaya di Inggris.

Gunn mendapat hukuman penjara selama 35 tahun. Namun meski berada di dalam penjara, ia tidak berhenti beraksi. Melalui akun Facebook-nya, ia menebar ancaman dan mengatur aksi kejahatan. "Suatu hari nanti aku akan pulang. Aku tidak sabar melihat reaksi ketakutan orang-orang terhadapku," tulisnya dalam Facebook.

Dikutip Shikamaruarticle.blogspot.com dari News.am, Senin (1/2/2010), Gunn yang dijatuhi hukuman empat tahun lalu ini memiliki cukup banyak teman di Facebook, yakni 565 orang. Kini akun tersebut ditutupsetelah keberadaannya diketahui aparat.

Sejatinya, di penjara Inggris telah berlaku larangan menggunakan ponsel atau menggunakan situs jejaring sosial. Namun entah bagaimana, Gunn ternyata tetap dapat mengutak atik Facebook. ( faw / fyk )
